BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for chosing to book your Tanzania Safari with us. We can wait to welcome you and share with you the wonderful wildlife, culture and hospitality Tanzania.

 

Below you will find our booking terms and conditions. Please do take the time to read through these.

1. YOUR HOLIDAY BOOKING

A booking will exist as soon as we have confirmed your booking and paid a $500 deposti per traveller. This booking is made on the terms of these booking conditions. When you make a booking, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions.

2. PAYING FOR YOUR HOLIDAY

When you make your booking, you must pay a deposit of $500 per person at the time of making the booking. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 2 months before your departure date. If the deposit and/or balance is not paid in time, we shall cancel your travel arrangements. If the balance is not paid in time we shall retain your deposit.

3. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY

You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification from the person who made the booking must be sent to the following e-mail address:  malakiismael@gmail.com. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay cancellation charges as follows: 

 

Period before departure in which you notify us:  Cancellation charge:
More than 60 days Deposit only
Less than 60 days No refund

Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.

4. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING

If, after you have paid the deposit and we have accepted your booking, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking. You will be asked to pay any further cost we incur in making this alteration.  You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date that changes are made and you should contact us as soon as possible.

5. IF WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

We reserve the right to cancel your booking. We will do so only in case of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, or failure by you to pay the final balance. Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances mean a situation beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. We shall inform you without any delay and before the start of your holiday.

If your holiday is cancelled you will have a refund of all monies paid.

In the event a refund is paid to you, we will pay this to your bank account within 14 days after the cancellation and you will not have any right for compensation.

6. IF WE CHANGE YOUR BOOKING

It is a term of your booking that we are able to make changes to any aspect of your booking. If the change is insignificant, we will ensure that you are notified about it. Examples of insignificant changes include a change of accommodation to another of the same or higher standard.

If we are constrained by circumstances beyond our control to alter significantly any of the main characteristics of the travel services that make up your package you will have the rights set out below.

– We will contact you and you will have the choice of accepting the change or having a refund of all monies paid. We will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value. Please read any notification of changes carefully and respond promptly as if you do not respond to us within the timescale given your booking may be cancelled.

– If you choose to accept a refund of all monies paid we will pay this to your bank account within 14 days after you accept the refund.

7. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.

Besides passport and visa requirements, it is also your responsibility to bring cancellation/ travel insurance policy and get mandatory vaccinations. Within our “USEFUL INFORMATION” section you can find the relevant links that can be helpful to obtain the necessary documents and vaccinations.

If we have arranged internal flights for you, your names on tickets must be identical to the names in your passports. It is your responsibility to ensure that the names used during booking/confirmation are correct and identical to all of the names and surnames in your passports.

8. INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

Inclusions:

– All excursions, transfers, entrance fees, camping fees and meals as indicicated in the itinerary.

– Experienced English- speaking professional guide

– Good quality acommodation

 

Exlusions:

– Any meals not specified on the itinerary

– Items of personal care

– Tips and gratituities

– Optional activities not previously reserved

9. COVID-19

In the event that you are unable to travel due to COVID-19 we will waiver the standard cancellation fees and allow you to amend your booking free of charge to a new date.
